Where does Ditalia source its products?
We work directly with small-scale artisanal producers and family-owned farms across Italy. Every product in our catalog is hand-selected for its authenticity, traditional production methods, and exceptional quality.
What is your policy on returns and damaged items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We are unable to ship internationally at this time due to customs regulations regarding food and agricultural imports.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a custom gift message. We will print this on a premium card and include it in the package without any pricing information.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your package in real-time.
